Yes. We offer replacement of defective Tiles following file investigation and depending on below conditions. The guarantee also applies to design or manufacturing defects within 1 year of the purchase. Please reach out to our customer service, contactus@tilezone.com.

Below are some of ideal surfaces to install the tiles:

• Painted gypsum (after a 21-day curing time for fresh paint)
• Smooth ceramic tile
• Wall panel (acrylic)
• Wall linoleum
• Mirror
• Wallpaper

Also, we strongly recommend to clean the surface properly with a degreaser such as TSP before installing. 
Furthermore, our products are highly tested and can be permanent once if installed correctly.
More than 95% of our customers are very happy with our tiles and many of them had installed tiles more than 4 years ago and still does not have any issues.

Tile Zone tiles are resistant to the humidity of bathrooms, you can install them where they will not be in direct and continuous contact with water without any additional waterproofing. However, it is not recommended to install the tiles where they will be in direct contact with water (e.g. Shower stalls). If you install them make sure that the surface is completely dry and not at all damp or else the tiles will not remain stuck to the wall.

Yes, our tiles are great for kitchen backsplash. However, if you have a gas stove without a back panel or metal plate, you must respect a safety zone of 8 inches above the surface of the stove to prevent direct exposure to an open flame. For countertop appliances such as toaster ovens, mini ovens and others, keep a space of 2 inches between the tiles and the appliance.

Yes, you can apply it over existing tiles as long as the installation surface is clean and smooth.

Yes! You can easily cut these tiles using a scissor or a box cutter.

Yes! Tile Zone tiles are easy to remove with little to no damage, depending on the surface they were installed on. To make it easy, use a heat gun or a blow dryer to warm up each tile sheet to soften the adhesive. Then apply concentrated heat starting with the corner and to pull it softly with some force. Use a cleaning product to wash the wall and remove any excess glue left by the Tiles Zone Tiles.

Standard shipments usually reach their destination in 1-5 business days, but occasionally take longer if the carrier is experiencing unexpected delays- especially during this time with COVID -19

No, there is no need for a third-party service to install them. That is why they are a perfect option for when trying to renovate your home. You can do it very easily in a matter of a few hours, by yourself! 

However, if you really find it difficult to install, we recommend installation service by Wrap Zone AE 

If placed correctly and securely onto the surface, these peel and stick tiles are indeed waterproof.

You require measuring tape, scissors or utility knife, a pen/pencil, and surface cleaner. 

As strong as the adhesive on these peel and stick tiles are, it is 100% doable to remove them from the surface, and try to stick them back onto the desired position (up to 10 times) without wearing out the adhesive. Be cautious though and do not pull the sticker too much as it can slightly stretch or tear it.
